Guiding Principles

As a member of SAMRA and a SAMRA Accredited Researcher (SAR) we abide by the following principles:

1. Uphold the Aims and Objectives of the Southern African Marketing Research Association, in particular to:

  1. Foster the study of, and research in, relevant disciplines and sciences
  2. Improve research methods and techniques
  3. Uphold a high standard of professional ethics
  4. Promote and protect applied and basic research

2. Abide by the Code of Conduct of the Association with special reference to responsibilities:

  1. To readers of research reports
  2. To sponsors of surveys
  3. To informants
  4. Of research practitioners
